If you are the administrator of a limited company, the social security law considers you as a self employed person. Therefore, even if you do not receive any wage form your company, you will have to pay a bit more than € 250 monthly.
These payments will be compulsory when the company starts its business. You will have to inform the Spanish tax authorities (Hacienda).
