Impuesto sobre la renta de no residentes / modelo 210 / Spain / Tenerife / not resident / taxes

If you are the happy owner of a property in Tenerife, congratulations.
You will have to pay therefore some taxes, too bad, but…

We are sure your are paying what is called I.B.I. (impuesto sobre bienes inmuebles); but do you know you should pay ANOTHER additional tax because you are not resident. This should happen with “modelo 210” tax form.

Do not forget that Hacienda (the tax people) could fine you if you do not pay this tax.

So it is better to work with a tax expert, accountant and economist.
