Para no residentes también, tienen que pagar impuestos además del I.B.I. (impuesto sobre bienes inmuebles) : el impuesto de no residentes, a través del modelo 210.

If you are the happy owner of a property in Tenerife, congratulations.
You will have to pay therefore some taxes, too bad, but…
We are sure your are paying what is called I.B.I. (impuesto sobre bienes inmuebles); but do you know you should pay ANOTHER additional tax because you are not resident. This should happen with “modelo 210” tax form.
Do not forget that Hacienda (the tax people) could fine you if you do not pay this tax.

Misschien bent U de eigenaar van een eigendom in Tenerife, ofwel in een andere plaats van Spanje. U betaalt zeker I.B.I. (impuesto sobre bienes inmuebles) ; maar weet U dat U moet nog een andere belasting betalen ? Dit gebeurt als U niet resident van Spanje bent. Die belasting moet door “modelo 210” betaald worden.

Vanaf 1 mei tot 30 juni, het is mogelijk een personenbelasting aangifte naar de spaanse fiscus (Hacienda, Agencia tributaria) op te sturen.
