Como cada año, Hacienda te permite enviar su declaración de la renta desde a principios de mayo hasta finales de junio.
En ciertos casos, no tienes que mandar tu declaración…pero podrías recibir une devolución.
En otros casos es mejor hacer nada…pero hay ciertas reglas que imponen presentar dicha declaración en ciertos casos aunque ya sepas que tendrás que pagar.
Por eso, siempre es mejor pedir la ayuda de un economista colegiado para hacer eso.

Als u wenst een eigendom in Tenerife kopen is het NU het goed moment! De prijzen zijn inderdaad zeer laag.
Toch moet U voorzichtig zijn omdat de schulden de eigendom “volgen”, wanneer een verkoop gebeurd is. De Notaris moet slechts als er een hypotheek bestaat kijken, en ook de betaling van de laatste IBI (onroerende taks).

Si vous souhaitez acheter un appartement ou une maison à Tenerife, c’est le bon moment : les prix sont à la baisse
Néanmoins, il faut faire attention car les dettes « suivent » la propriété en cas de vente. En clair, le Notaire ne doit vérifier que s’il y a une hypothèque et si le dernier reçu de l’IBI (taxe immobilière) a été payé. Il est préférable de faire appel à un conseiller pour éviter toute mauvaise surprise.

Ya que se terminó el primer trimestre del año 2010, cada empresa (o su asesoría) tendrá que mandar (y pagar) los modelos tributarios a Hacienda.
El plazo para hacerlo es el día 20 de abril; los modelos que hay que preparar son :
- El modelo 110 (retenciones IRPF, rendimientos del trabajo)
- El modelo 115 (retenciones sobre arrendamientos, en caso de uso profesional),
- El modelo 130 o el modelo 131 en caso de ventas a particulares,
- También se mandarán los modelos 202, 123, etc.

For the First quarter of 2010, for VAT purposes (in the Canary Island : impuesto general indirecto canario, IGIC), accountants will compute the difference between the VAT charged on your sales (IGIC repercutido) and the VAT paid on your purchases (IGIC soportado).
