Con esta compra, no eres dueño de tu compra, solo tendrás un derecho de uso por una o dos semanas al año. ¡Ojo! Te recomendamos consultar a un asesor profesional, economista colegiado, antes de firmar el contrato.
Si ya lo firmaste, también hay soluciones para cancelar el contrato en ciertos casos.

A Tenerife, certaines sociétés ont des vendeurs qui ont une technique très simple : ils vous abordent en rue, vous devez gratter un billet de loterie et bien entendu vous avez un numéro gagnant.
Ils vous invitent dès lors à vous rendre en leurs bureaux, éventuellement en taxi, pour vous faire signer un contrat de time sharing. En clair, vous achetez une semaine de vacances par an mais vous n’êtes pas propriétaire. Attention aux arnaques ! Ne signez pas trop vite !
